The customer — an industrial equipment manufacturer — needed a batch of complex-geometry enclosure parts made to their own drawing. Aluminum alloy blanks were machined on an ACURA 85 MARATHON machining center with a rotary table, allowing all faces and holes to be completed in a single part setup. A batch of 60 enclosures was manufactured with dimensional control on every part.

The batch was manufactured and delivered to the customer within 6 working days; all parts passed dimensional inspection.
