The company works both on new projects and on existing designs that need to be checked, refined, or adapted to production conditions. The result of the work can be 3D models, assembly and detail drawings, specifications, and other necessary documentation in DWG, STEP, and PDF formats.
From sketch to technical solution
The source materials don’t have to be a ready-made set of drawings. The customer can provide a sketch, a description of the future product, an existing 3D model, a technical specification, or documentation that needs to be checked and supplemented.
At the start of the work, ELS Systems specialists determine the purpose of the design, its operating conditions, and the main requirements for the future product. After that, we assess which data is sufficient for design, and which parameters need to be further clarified.

3D modeling of parts and structures
A 3D model allows a product’s geometry to be worked through before production begins. At the modeling stage, we can check the main dimensions, the relative positioning of elements, mounting locations, joints between components, and the overall layout of the structure.
3D modeling is used for both individual parts and assembly units. If a product consists of several components, they can be assessed within a single design and possible compatibility issues can be identified in advance.
After the geometry is worked through, the 3D model is used as the basis for preparing drawings and passing the necessary data to production.
What’s included in the engineering documentation
The composition of the documentation depends on the product’s design and the customer’s task. For a simple part, a drawing with dimensions, tolerances, and technical requirements may be enough. For a more complex product, a set of documents needed for manufacturing and assembly is formed.

Design and ELS Systems’ own production
Design work can be either a standalone service or the first stage of an integrated production project.
If the customer needs not just a set of documentation, the developed design can be passed directly into ELS Systems’ production. Depending on the task, laser cutting, bending, turning and milling, welding, painting, and assembly are then carried out.
This format allows design and manufacturing to be linked within a single production process. The engineering documentation is used directly by the specialists working on manufacturing the product.
For the customer, this means being able to go from an initial idea or technical specification to a finished product without having to hand off the design and production parts to different contractors.
